KIDNAPPED GIRL RETURNS HOME, RAPED BY 8 MEN
The information gathered indicates that, a 23-year-old lady who was kidnapped at Ajumako in the Central Region has returned safely.
Miss. Vida Agyei, the kidnapped young girl was released by the kidnappers after she was raped uncountably by 8 men unprotected.
Police reveal how missing Takoradi girls were kidnapped
Priscilla Blessing Bentum, Ruth Love Quayson, and Priscilla Koranchie.
According to Vida, she paid a visit to her grandmother at Breman Essiam a suburb of Takoradi in the Central Region and on her return to Ba she was kidnapped by unknown men in a private car.
She disclosed that she was taken to a tick forest where she met seven other people who were kidnapped; four of them were children and three others in their youthful age.
She also stated that, she with the other three were raped severally by the 8 men unprotected and threatened to kill them if they proved stubborn.
Vida further on disclosed that, the kidnappers killed five people who she was in the room with but she escaped death by fulfilling all their demands. She said they demanded an amount of 3000.00 cedis from her of which she paid to them.
According to her, she had a mobile phone in her pocket which she was able to contact her family to inform them when she was kidnapped and after she was released.
Per police official reports, last year, three young ladies namely, Priscilla Mantebea Koranchie (15 years), Ruth Love Quayson (18 years) and Priscilla Blessing Bentum (21 years) were kidnapped at Takoradi in the Western Region.
The suspect in the kidnapping of the three girls, Samuel Oudotek Wills has been arrested and is currently in the police custody in Accra assisting the police in investigations.
