STAY OFF FROM SUGAR DURING RAMADAN, DR. CAESAR ADVISED.

The Chief Executive Officer of Dr. Caesar Clinic, Dr. M. Y. Caesar who doubles as a public health adviser in the Ashanti Region has advised Moslem brethren to stay off from too much sugar intake during the 'Ramadan' season to avoid stomach ulcer, diabetics etc.

He said the 30-day fastening and prayer (Ramadan), practice by Muslims all over the world is a blessing for all believers and an order from Allah, urging each and every believer not to miss it but rather to be part taker.

He gave this health advise to the general public, especially to the Muslim brethren on Monday 6th May, 2019 as part of his usual media encounter with the press where free health screening was conducted to press men to mark this year 'Ramadan' worldwide.

He said fasten and prayer is the most commonness practice among Christians and Muslims that cleans our sins and brings both believers very closer to God the Almighty Allah ( The creator of the universe and everything in it) but many are unable to take part in the 30-day fasten and prayer due to long suffering of  stomach ulcer, diabetics etc. that mostly results from too much intake of sugary food.
