BIODIGESTER PUBLIC TOILET FACILITY COMMISSIONED
Residents of Tafo Nhyieaso, precisely, Moro-Market Electoral Area, a suburb of the Old Tafo Municipal Assembly in the Ashanti Regi has commissioned an ultramodern biodigester toilet facility that would help rrduce sanitation issues in the community and it's environs.
The facility has a seating capacity of 32 for both male and female.
Speaking on the sanitation challenges in the Old Tafo Municipal Assembly, Mr. Offin Boateng, the environmental officer in the area said facility would go a long way to help community as government policy on sanitation is concerned.
He assured private developers who have interest in developing projects in relation to social amenities such as public toilet, mechanice water pumps etc are welcomed to the Municipal Assembly.
The CEO of No Jesus No Life Company Limited, Mr. Samuel Laah, said the idea of setting up the facility within the community was concieved right after he was called by the assembly member of the area who convince him with the sanitation challenges that residents of the Moro-Market Electoral Area go through.
"He gave me assurance of getting land for the project and so as the fulfilment of his pledge, I took it upon myself to support him in developmental vision for the community" he started.
He assured that he will soon be following up with other developmental initiatives to support the good work of the Moro-Market Electoral Area assembly member, Hon. Bashiru Mohammed Gumbo Speaking to DamakPublications reporter ( Akgri M Daniel ), many resident expressed their happiness about the new facility, that it will go a long way to help end open definition in the area.
